- This 41,000 sq ft building was constructed in 1912, and has over 300 support pilings below, in addition to three boilers, an original canning line, and seven retorts.
- Maintaining the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitating Historic Buildings is vital to the success of the project because of the federal funds being used for the stabilization.

Our successful working relationship with Bettisworth North of Fairbanks & Anchorage has led to the formation of Bettisworth Welsh Whiteley, LLC, a company with the production capacity for large projects in Southeast Alaska.
BAWDEN STREET BREWING COMPANY
We assisted this local beer brewing company with their plans to establish a brewery on the ground floor of our mutual building. We helped navigate the local planning and zoning permit processes and prepared drawings for the building permit.
